hi new to brewing started a brewmaker victorian bitter kit just before xmas put some just tried a bottle it looks like beer smells like tastes like beer yippee
great forum i have lots to learn but just reading posts has helped loads

I put some in bottles but most is in a barrel could not resist a taste will try the barrel in a couple of weeks
just glad it is drinkable not sure how to describe the taste in words hope to get better at this as I go

just a quick update
the brew is alot smoother now before there was a tang on my teeth
may try making 20l instead of 23l just to to thicken up?

it is hard just waiting
