Good day,
I'm from Istanbul/Turkey. I brewed an IPA long time ago with malt extract. Then I gave a long break to brewing. One or two months ago I decided again to start but this time I'm planning to brew all grain beers. I'm trying at the moment to bring together equipments and ingredients.
I have a large SS kettle, hydrometer, malt grinder, scale, fermenter and some small devices (air lock etc). Probably I'll use BIAB method. I have some difficulties to find ingredients I can find only malted grain here (pale malt). To import yeast and hop varieties is a bit difficult.
