First Peach WOW

Thank's to Glyders post earlier,i got the urge for a Peach WOW,
Just finished her,got her settled on the floor,just hope i have left plenty space at the top,
look's a lot thicker than my other WOW's,look's like it could go ballistic on me.
i await the result,here is a pic before i settled her down for the night

3 tin's Asda peach's
1 ltr WGJ
800g of sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp yeast nutrient
1 tsp pectolase
1 tsp glycerine
and a nice strong cup of tea to round her of,if she goes of big style i will pop a pic up in the morn,well time for a chill and a coffee,,

I've made a peach wine, although it was from a kit. If the misses likesbit when we get around to drinking it then I'll look at doing your recipe (as it's a lot cheaper than a kit!). Good luck with it, hope it goes well! :)

Well it has'nt went ballistic on me,but she is fair bubbling along,keep's the dog amused,she keep's wandering over for a look.
so first sign's are good.
