So today I’ve just bottled 34 bottles of mixed fruit cider, and I bottled 11 bottles of pineapple wine a few days ago (going to be carbonated hopefully!) I don’t like the swing tops at all on the pineapple as the seals are dodgy on a couple of them. Will stick to crown caps in future.
The pineapple was fully sweetened with sugar so I’ve pasteurised, and the cider was back-sweetened with erythritol so no need to pasteurise. Fingers crossed for good results!
