first extract

Hello there, going to be doing my first extract brew will be using a 15 ltr stock pot for the boil was wondering if someone could tell me if this recipe looks ok.

2 tins of coopers light malt extract
200g crystal malt
amarillo 20g 60mins
40g 15mins
40g 5mins
safale us 05 yeast
 
Hi Alanrage

This is looking like an American Pale with a bit of a grapefruit twist? I haven't done the calcs, but it looks OK.

I did something similar in the winter which included the zest of 2 oranges in the boil and fermented at 16 degrees with some random lager yeast. It worked really well.
 
......by the way. Personally, I wouldn't add the crystal, especially if you want a light BBQ bee that will really let the hops come through.
