Great to see it all went well Dave. As you know I hosted a BPU here and fully intended to check in with you, unfortunately far too much fun and great beer was had, by the time we remembered our brewing brothers in the UK it was past midnight here. Six kegs of beer from some great brewers, and great company, hope you enjoyed your day as much as we did.

Cheers,

Screwy

That's half a pint of lager, half a pint of coke and a shot of Ammeretto.

agreed, I've had one

Great brew Dave :thumb:
Is all the grain in a net bag in the boiler?
When you see it can be done with such simple equipment and doesn't have to be an elaborate set up. It really can be quite easy. Maybe I won't bother with an extract kit for my next brew :hmm:
Let us know how it tastes :drink:

Looking good Davesiv!!

Its worse at altitude!! Dr P along with Jager Bombs was a staple drink when I worked In Courchevel (it was cheap 3 for 8 euros, compared to a Pint/Bottles that were 4euro 50 cent!

This is what i use for AG, nic_p, although you can make you own from a FV and a couple of cheap kettles. there are a few posts on here that show you how to make one. i also use it for a bottling bucket.
although im currently converting a asda coolbox in to a mashtun.
