Hi all
Bumbled across this today on youtube:
...and thought 'hmmm, I've got most of that and am going to wilkos and morrisons today anyway' so thought I'd give it a go. Used the following
1L Strawberry Ribena
3 (. 5) L apple juice
7g ale yeast from Coopers kit
6ml glycerine (vegetable glycerine from my diy eliquid)
1 tsp pectolase
1/4 cup tannin (cold tea as per the video)
OG: 1.038
Interested to see how this plays out, just wanted to see people's thoughts on it and wanted to share how I spent a lazy saturday
