Just another update on this after nearly 4 weeks in the bottle. I think this is just getting into its prime now. It's very nicely carbonated and the taste is fantastic!
As the ingredients are simply concentrate apple juice and liquid yeast, I can't see how this can be improved. I definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a clean, well rounded, medium-dry cider.
