So just started my first brew. Probably the least interesting brew on here as it's a Coopers Stout kit. Very easy, no messing. Pitched the yeast at 26degree. OG was 1036 instructions say 1038, but im sure thats not too far off?
Just put him under the stairs.
Sits between 16 and 17 degrees all day and night. Mate who does a lot of this reckons it will be fine.
Looking forward to seeing it progress.
 
Coopers kits are good. Nice and very little mess. I just done a coopers lager in October and it took a little longer to finish fermenting. I put that down to the house being a little bit cooler.
