Evenin' all
Ive been drinking ale almost as long as I've been drinking, now it's the only beer for me and this year I've become pretty obsessed. So I've decided to brew my own!
I want to start by making something very close to one of my favourites, Theakatons Old Peculiar and move on from there. I've done quite a lot of tinternet research and decided the best way to experiment in the early months is 1 gallon all grain batches on the hob. There a few things I'm still not sure on so I've got Buy Brew Your Own British Real Ale by Graham Wheeler on order.
The Big question, will my recipe work and produce 1 gallon or have I completely misunderstood how to enter things into the calculator...
