Just bottled my first brew. Got the abv at 7.2 Had a little cheeky taster. Not bad at all. Carbonated with 2.5g Used geordie winter warmer kit with dark beer enhancer. It's a very dark brew. Very malty. Will fight the urge and leave it for four weeks.
 
Nice one. Waiting for four weeks is the hard part, but you still have the brewers duty to open a bottle after 2 weeks to ensure it has carbonated. :beer1:

Now your FV is empty it is time to get the next load fermenting...
 
Yep. Woodfordes Nog me thinks. Need some more bottles first only got a couple dozen spare. Think I may have to buy a crate of Moonraker to get me thru 4 weeks and generate some empties

aunsure.... two weeks... too long can't wait as long !!!!! I'm tasting carbonisation and other after the first week and every week I taste it...:beer1: the only risk is to reduce your final quantity :roll:
