Title says it all really, got my micro batch bottled yesterday, a simple brew with Maris otter malt and east Kent Golding and a touch of orange zest. I was convinced I'd managed to make numerous mistakes, too much aeration when hot, botch job of siphoning etc. but despite all this, it's actually worked! From the sneaky taste I made from the trial jar it tastes of beer, it cleared beautifully as well, even though I had no Irish moss (I was searching for carrageen on the website doh!)
