Maysie
Regular.
I had a great day yesterday (other than over-priming my 1st brew). My first batch of St Peters Cream Stout was bottled, so I had a chance to use all of my new shiny kit which had been bought after much reading on here - thanks to all posters for the really helpful info on bottle washers, little bottler, bottle tree and star-san which made the whole process so much slicker/faster/less stressful.
I managed to bottle 40 bottles of the St Peters Cream Stout which were over-primed (due to my stupidity) with 130g of demerara sugar but otherwise looking and tasting pretty good.
Having put that one away in my new 'Really Useful' boxes, I cleaned down, re-sanitised and got the new brew: Woodfordes Nog in the FV and back in the brew-fridge.
SG was 1043 as I have only made it up to just over 20 litres. SO far nothing much appears to be happening, so patience, patience, patience....
