My first brew of 2013 brewing season, I wanted to use up a few bits n' bobs in the store cupboard which meant English, Czech and USA hops....
I used lager malt with some Munich and for the yeast fermented 8 gallons with Nottingham and 5 gallons with S-05....

Recipe looks awesome mate. My kind of hop schedule (except for maybe the Simcoe!) :thumb: Equipment doesn't look too bad either :grin:
