I'm thinking about starting my first BIAB brew next week some point as i managed to pick up a 30lt Burco for £20 :D

To keep things simple i'm thinking about a SMaSH brew of Marris Otter and Citra? Sound good?

Does anyone have any advice for the recipe especially with hop additions? Any advice would be greatly appreciated :cheers:

I have a bag of citra I am yet to use, but from reviews I am really looking forward to it.

Not quite a SMaSH but have a look at THIS recipe. I'm not sure how to convert to BIAB though, hopefully one of the BIABers will be able to help :thumb:

a smash is a good idea to get an idea about beers...

ive got one in the fermenter that is;

5kg of marris
and 100g of cascade

i tried it as it went into the bucket and ... its very hoppy ..just as i like it,
i expecting to lose some of the hoppyness though. :(

No conversion needed! An AG recipe is a BIAB recipe, and vice-versa :)

Have you figured out your volumes, though? As in, do you know how much water to start with?
