hi eric, for the sparge i just poured the water over the top with a jug, and yes i'm the one without the glasses, and i forgot to mention that the og was 1041

Just checked, it looks like the issue with the last images is with the host :(

Bottled today, OG 1010, so abv of 4.1, had a wee taste and almost made a mess in me pants :rofl: :rofl: , yes its tasty
