hi guys, i have a brew nearly finished, current its 26 degrees, going to put it in a corny keg, first time, have a fridge at 8 degrees, what is best course of action, thanks sam.

if using a corny keg make sure its crytal clear no sediment what so ever as its not needed and could clog up your pipe/tap, force charging with co2 will give you the fizz, main thing is beer has to be crystal clear

thanks, could i put it in another container and put it in the fridge for a week,
then transfer to corny.

I use protafloc in the end bitter wort and finnings in the PV. Leave it for a few weeks and then transfer it to the CK should help.
