Question for the brain trust. I just brewed a NEIPA, and plan to dry hop on 3 occasions, the first being 2 days into fermentation.
My original plan was to introduce the hops using the collection jar on the Fermzilla which would allow me to purge them with CO2 before anything comes into contact with my wort.
The question is, will this remove active yeast and risk a stalled fermentation, or is all the active stuff already floating in the wort?
Cheers
Ray
