I use a mangrove jack stainless steel fermenter and it’s brilliant. Never had a bad batch and wine has always came out great. Plus it’s easy to clean! With the wineworks kits I even clear in the same tank and only time I move the wine is when bottling.
No problem whatsoever fermenting wine in SS. It is increasingly common in the wine industry (even first growth territory) and I certainly do it, with decent results.
