opened a bottle of my harvest pilsner lager made with brown sugar last night...i had to tip it away. it tasted weak and was cloudy with no head or carbonation. can the other 39 bottles be rescued? can anyone help why this has happened?? totally gutted!

It needs a week in the warm before moving somewhere cooler. I'm sure it'll come good if given long enough to condition properly

how long has it been bottled
its been just 2 weeks today mate but i opened a bottle last night and its much better than the one i opened the other night. got another problem now tho...i started a beer kit the other night, cleaned and sanitised all my equipment and the problem i have is i can't remember rinsing out the fermenting bin with clean water after. would it matter too much? and if it might make me bad? come to that... cheers. ian
