Been fermenting a Brupaks stout kit in my outhouse and despite leaving the door open the stick on thermometer has been pushing up towards the 24 degree mark, should i be worried or is this temp just about acceptable for a fermenting stout?
Also i have a keg with 40 gallons of nelsons revenge conditioning in the same building, could the heat affect this?
