Here it is, AG#1 and my first feck test...

This one is not a completed beer.
Picture taken just before bottling. after fermentation and transfer to a secondary vessel.
The debate re secondary fermenter still rages on...it works for me

Brew is Graham Wheelers Arkells 3B...and the sample tasted wonderful.

Not bad Calum, still some haze though, great for a 1st AG :clap:

Thanks! It's cleared completely now. I may "forget" to post AG#2 on account of being late getting the kettle finings in... ;)
 
My first feck test. It's a coopers european lager which has been in the bottle 5 weeks (still has 7 weeks to go) but is already starting to taste pretty damn good.

My first ever straight up turbo cider. Back sweetened and carbonated in the soda stream :)

my all grain wit beer I made a wee while ago - tasting tremendous. - just checked my signature and seen I brewed this in June :shock: .I'm clearly not drinking enough :lol:
