What and why are everyones fav hops for ipa so far mine are Columbus and comet maybe citra but i have a lot to try in the future

Citra (everyone’s favourite!), Galaxy (goes REALLY well in combination with Citra), Vic Secret, Equanot, Mosaic, Simcoe, Bramling Cross, Fuggles, Cascade, Azacca, Chinook, Phoenix, Amarillo.

You did just want favourites, right?

Falconers flight is the one I want to try next too. In answer to the question of ones I have tried, boringly - Citra. Wasn’t a huge fan of mosaic (although have read there can be quite a variation in flavour) - have azacca in an ipa with Citra I’m currently conditioning I’m looking forward to.

Wilco triple hopped IPA comes with 10g Amarillo pellets.
That's to my taste.

My geterbrewed order landed today.
Mosiac, Simcoe, galaxy, Vic secret, centennial, cascade, sorachi ace, Amarillo, citra.
Mix and march 😁😁

Motueka, Riwaka, Neslon Sauvin, Wai-iti... learning to brew whilst living in New Zealand was wonderful, but I feel like I have to re-learn a whole different set of hops now I’m home! If anyone can recommend any UK/European favourites that would be ace.

Hops I’ve tried from NZ over here don’t seem as good as the ones in NZ. I’m sure the journey over here doesn’t improve the hops, but maybe I’m just missing the sunshine and the hobbits...
