Hi all
I did a brewday yesterday of a weissbier, which I'll write up. Got a slightly disappointing OG of 1.044. But pitched my yeast (Mangove Jacks) into the conical fermenter, set it to 20 degrees to get it going and off I went.
This morning, airlock was bubbling away, so dropped the temperature to 18 degrees, where I want it.
But the airlock is still bubbling and my tilt says the gravity is now 1.026.
Feels like it is going too fast but I'm at the lower end of the yeast temperature. Do I drop it further to slow it down, or ride it out and hope it curves off?
