1. Make wine with chopped raisins/sultanas/whatever
2. Rack wine and remove chopped fruit from 'falling down water'
3. Put fruit into scones!

225g self raising flour, 75g spreadable butter, 40g sugar, 1 egg, no milk, as fruit is wet enough
15 mins at 200F or thereabouts

I made a crumble using the blackberries I'd used to infuse whisky. It was immense.
