I heard this live this morning i am not normally a fan of Michael O'Leary but i thought this was brilliant.

The mans a Kn8b but its about time somebody took these interviewers to task who keep asking the same question and do not accept the answers because its not what they want to hear, they just want to hound people on the same issue over and over again

Exactly, i think if they are going to use viewers questions, complaints and texts etc they should not use them unless the source can be verified, forums have trolls the news is no different, how many sad gits would send a text just to get their name mentioned on T.V. how many X employees of Mr O'Leary would like nothing better than to get a little payback by sending an anonymous text.

We all know O'Leary (should that be Oh Really?) is always good for a memorable quote or three when doing media interviews but we also know he's also a first class a*se.

My son had a Ryanair flight cancelled by them scheduled for during the travel ban earlier this year, and is still waiting for a refund. On this basis you might think that his claims about refunds in this video are a pack of lies but I couldn't possibly comment

The media is an easy target sometimes for creating news where it doesn't really exist, but asking questions to people like him is what they're there for.

Michael O'Leary walks into a bar in Dublin and orders a pint of Guinness.
The barman says "That will be two euros please"
Michael O'Leary says "That's very reasonable"
The barman replies "and will sir be wanting a glass with that?"

You'll note in that interview he makes fleeting reference to people receiving refunds "or vouchers". A voucher is not the same as a refund, but people will take what they're offered if they think that's the best they'll get.

Irrespective of who is right or not, what an ignorant, condescending, arrogant, discourteous man O'Leary is.
I'll bet he is a real bundle of laughs with his office staff when things are going not entirely to (his) plan.
I think he is even worse that the Malcolm Tucker character in 'The Thick of It'.
