Hi there, just like to introduce myself. I only really started Homebrewing 3 years ago and did one lousy wheat beer kit which stopped me in my tracks. About 6 months ago my friend at the allotment asked if he could borrow my homebrew bucket and barrels. Needless to say the kit went so damn well I was bitten with the bug again. I was given a brand new baby burco boiler and thought to myself what would I need to full mash. I purchased the rest of the equipment and started a recipe from a very old Graham Wheeler book. Have put beer into secondary fermentation and tasted a sample. Pale and and with a hop kick that could be administered from a grouchy donkey with piles. (just the way I like it). Wish me Luck guys. I hope to use this forum to make friends, gain information and pass that on to others. Thanks for reading.
