Extract brewing: dry or syrup?

Quick question for any extract brewers here...which is easier to brew with, dried extract or syrup? Just wondering if one dissolves any easier than the other, or is there nothing in it?

I have done only one so far last weekend, but I can say I used dried malt extract and there was nothing difficult about it, just some stirring was all that was required.

I followed the HowTo and did the Stout recipe that is there so you find all the details there.

That has dropped to 1014 when I checked today and any fears that I may not have got the process right were dispelled when I had to dispose of the sample jar. Definitely stout, definitely tasty and going by this sample I am looking forward to trying it when conditioned.

That's what I'm gearing up to do as well, altho i did pick up a brupaks "brewing with malt extract" booklet from local home brew shop today, which contains about 20 extract recipes. Good luck with your stout!
