So I have one but I’m thinking of getting another. My current one doesn’t have a Tap but the one I’m thinking about buying does, I just had a minor question.

If it has a Tap on it, will all the sediment and crap left over go into a bottle?

No it should settle beneath the tap, i have them with taps and still syphon apart from bottling

Awesome! I’m kinda thankful I brew my own The plan is to have 2 x Batches on the go at the same time

I have 3 2 with taps 1 without and i prefare the one without,

I agree, I never use the tap. Much easier to transfer into a bottling bucket with priming sugar added and use the tap on that for bottling (might be different if you're kegging I guess). What I would say, is get a stainless steel fermenter if you can fund it. I believe it has made a massive difference to my brews.
