experimental???????

i have used 4 litre of orange juice concentrate, half a bag of sugar and obviously yeast has anyone tried using concentrate or am i being experi(mental)?????????? :whistle:

Hi there, it's not orange juice concentrate, it's orange juice from concentrate, because it's cheaper to import concentrated juice and then dilute it again when it's here.

I use gallons of the stuff together with white grape juice to make Wurzel's Orange but I haven't tried fermenting it on its own, so let us know how you get on.

ok i just racked it offtonight and tested for taste and gravity the taste is bitter what can i do to give it a more wine taste please????????????? :shock:

This is why we use a fruit juice/grape juice mix....it gives vinosity

Stick some place dark and cool then check up on it in a few months might have turned into something more drinkable!
