Experimental! Strong Ginger Wine

So, before they both tasted the same i.e. with a weird chemical twang. Since then i have only tasted the one without capden which is better.
Im thinking they will both taste the same still. I can dig one out and test if you really need to know but will write up once they clear (naturally) in a few months.

Ok, so i have now fined the wine and it tastes a lot better. I'm guessing it may have been leaving the skin on the ginger. But all things considered this is a very nice tipple at 18%. Very please with the result!
Oh and cant taste any difference from the capden tableted dj to the others...
