After reading Jonewer`s post regarding "Fastest Yeast" Im going to try a little experiment.
Im going to brew a "mild", ferment for 2 weeks, rack for 1 week with gelatine, transfer to a keg with more gelatine, wait till it drops clear and drink. Obviously this will not be carbonated and I want it that way... The only trouble is that it will need drinking straight away. Now, even I cant drink 40pts in 3 days, so if your interested in taking some away your more than welcome, just bring your own container.
If you live in the area please contact me so I can arrange dates on ammounts.

he's addled his brain with all the beer...... :D give a few pots to the down and outs in your area, perhaps they will leave the alcoholic hand washes alone in the hospital....

So does our postman. In all fairness to him its just the other side of the road as the border runs down the middle of my road (or just off).
IM not a snob, I lve in Solihull, not Birmingham , but Im a Brummie. I wish I did live in B`ham as they pay 22% less Council Tax than I have to pay.

AND DONT START ME ON CAR INSURANCE !!!
But I do have 2 rubbish collections per week. Monday...Solihull Thurs...Birmingham
Which brings me onto the repairing of the road surface of my "Close" where I live...after many complaints to both councils, both said that it wasnt there road. Then within 2 weeks both councils came to patch up the surface....Please hang on it doesnt stop there....the following week the building contractor (who biult a few houses at the bottom of my "close" came long to fix the same piece.
