I have been mashing for about 30 years, and made kits before that. The latest mash is number 289, so that's about 10 per year. I have tried all the usual British styles, and a few others recently. Simply love all these wonderful new hops that are available these days - so much better than 10 years ago! I live in Nottingham, so hope to meet a few of you in August at Chesterfield at the Hot Break Competition.

I'm more than happy to trade a couple of decades of I.T for 30 years of brewing know-how! :D :D
