Guys

over the last few weeks ( probably 6-8 weeks) I have been busy brewing various types of beers a number I have used sugar to carbonate and others CO2. Firstly I must mention that they are corny kegs. As my taps are current out of action as the fridge I was using is now not working due to an electrical problem caused by a impatient owner ( me) wanting to relocate the gas manifold to outside rather than inside and drilling into the light fitting supply 🤦‍♂️ I am experiencing excessive head foaming (90% foam 10% beer.) as I’m now having to utilise a tap directly off the top of the keg. Any suggestions on how to reduce the amount of foam ( and no cleaver answers like get a new fridge as I am awaiting delivery of one). I do hold my corny in a larder fridge so can I keep it in there and pipe it across to my counter top taps using existing pipes until new fridge arrives just a thought or is there a way of reducing the head foam. I’ve turned the gas down to about 2-3psi but it still comes out all foam.

Thanks for the info. Although I had my suspicions and have now transferred my lines to the other fridge set up and all seems to be working well at the moment. Unfortunately it’s the tap unit I was using which looks ok but can’t get it to pour properly see photo
