Going to take the plunge and go all grain and possible buy a 35l Brewzilla.
Question is what other equipment will be useful? I have basic equipment from doing kits.

I am thinking I will need:
scales to weigh grain and hops
Water boiler /urn for sparge water.

Interested to know what else I would need and if you can recommend water boiler and scales.

As you already have the basics you are just upgrading and what you have mentioned is perfect though would recommend a good thermometer and measuring jug to calibrate your equipment first.
If you intend to get into water quality at a later stage a set of jewellers scales will help.

Scales you can get easily argos sainsubrys etc £15/20
Water urn/boiler look on gumtree you can normally finds some good bargins on there.I found a nearly new 20 ltr buffalo heater for £30
Digital thermometer £20 amazon.

As gerry mentioned jewellers scales for water additions. You really should be adjusting the water, it does make a huge difference.
