I know I must be a pain in the arse but im in the process of placing an order online and may as well get as much as i can, so I was thinking up untill now i have only used kits and subsituted sugar for the wilkos BKE, My next two kits are going to be the coopers indian pale ale and the european lager, would I be wise just to stick to BKE or are there other alternatives ie spraymalts, glucose etc. Im open to any ideas lol. Once again thx sorry for being a pain. Once i get into knowing what each ingrediant is (and does) I should be able to experiment more to suit my tastes. cheers

BKE is a mix of Glucose (I think, could be dextrose :wha: ) and dried malt extract, I would suggest you experiment by buying a kilo of dried malt extract to add to one of the kits :thumb:
This will give slightly more body and maltiness to the finished beer :D
