Wasn't going to bother brewing today so didn't do any R.O water. Woke up and changed my mind! Brighton water is good for brown ales so I went with that. I was lazy last week and kegged my TTL clone using closed transfer but didn't clean out the fermenter. Been sitting in the freezing cold brewery. Will let the wort chill overnight in the boil pot then pour directly on top of the Wyeast West Yorkshire yeast cake in the morning. Couldn't be bothered to get the big brewery out so just went with small batch BIAB. So easy

Here's the recipe. Should be nice and malty. West Yorkshire yeast should leave it nice and 'chewy' too. That's what I'm hoping anyway!
