This is the competition that the 2nd ranked European team (and 4th in the world) are currently mid-table in the 2nd division?
I'm not sure I'd call that competitive. I don't think England take it that seriously.

I remember people taking it relatively seriously when England came 3rd in 2019.

We have always had some of the best players in the world in the squad but for some reason they never play well enough together to get us over the line the last last 24 years are below i have a feeling its not going to change.
