Don't forget to put your clocks back ;)

I dont bother to change my bedside alarm clock - its far too complicated

I hate it when this happens. I remember in the 60’s for 3 year they didn’t change the clock. But what gets me is why it goes back 2 months before the winter solstice but does go forward until 3 month after.

I read there is an increase in car accidents when the clocks change. Apparently, it upsets the body clock for office and factory workers driving to work.

There’s also a rise in hart attacks 😩

I thought that was some kind of weird a joke turns out its true - ashock1

The Monday following the spring time change (after losing an hour of sleep) was associated with a 24% increase in daily heart attack counts and the Tuesday following the fall time change (gaining an hour of sleep) was conversely associated with a 21% reduction in heart attacks, according to a study from Michigan.
