Electrim boil off rate??

Any one got a rough idea of the boil off rate for a electrim boiler? The one thats 25litre marked on the side)

From the above link, the boiler is fitted with a 2.4kW heater.

In theory this can evaporate about 3.7 litres of water in an hour if it is left switched on all the time.

Starting with 25 litres of wort and allowing for inefficiency in the heating element and heat losses from the sidewalls of the boiler, you can expect a "rolling boil" to lose somewhere around 3 litres per hour.

Very good guesstimate. I repeatedly got around 3 litres of boil off per hour from mine. The actual measured power draw was a shade over 2.2kW on mine.
