Aye up all.

Found this place after looking for the famous flavoured tea bag recipes and to be honest the forum looks very good.
I have just found my home brew beginnings, made a few beers and a couple of attempts at wine making (one went okay and the other one tasted disgusting and cleaned the drains out as it went down the sink!), so I am here for the advice from the experts :)

I don't know about fillings or how to stop wine fermenting (beer kits are well behaved and tend to stop on their own before being lobbed in the barrel!) so I apologise ahead of time for any really stupid questions that I ask in the coming few weeks. Hopefully I will learn a lot from you all.

Now, time to read about this fruit teabag recipe........

First of all welcome to the forum. :thumb: There's loads of info on here, it's great to take the time and read the old posts, and the "how to"" section.
As for stuff going down the drain, c'est la vie it happens you just get stuck into another brew.
