edme's stout, spray malt?

was in wilkinsons and i picked up a edme's stout, it says to add water and 1kg of sugar to it or brewing sugar so also picked up a 1kg bag of geordies spray malt to replace the sugar with. what do you think about this, do you think it will be nice?
took a small cup of the spray malt out for using some as priming sugar, replaced what i took out with normal sugar.

I would think that spray malt will always get you better results than normal sugar- go for it!

Light Spray Malt and Sugar is a great combination with the Edme Stout. The more light spray malt you use will result in more body and better flavour. The more sugar you you use should result in a slightly higher ABV. Just now I'm drinking an Edme stout mixed with just DARK spray malt which personally i wouldn't reccomend :sick:
