I made this Dry Stout last month and it turned out pretty good. Simple 70:20:10 ratio of Pale malt. Flaked Barley and Roasted Barley. Bittered with EKG to about 37 IBU's and used US-O5 yeast. Fantastic out of the corny with the nitro, the ones I bottled have tough competition .
