Dry hopping query

I have made hop teas in a caffetiere ,not sure if there was any great benefit.I now just dry hop if the brew calls for it.

Interesting Chubster. I guess it really needs a more scientific approach like splitting a brew and utilising both methods and seeing if there is any discernible difference. Im going to give it a go and make up my mind.
