I saw an old thread earlier, some fella dry hopped a coopers ceraveza with citra, and got good results. So just sent off for some cascade see what sort of twist it goves it.Anyone else dry hopped this kit?I have dry hopped almost all the coopers kits in the past, just never this one.

Howdy, I did consider this when i made it a few months ago but wasn't sure what kind/amounts of hops would go with that style so didn't bother. I ended up brewing it with some lime and lemon peel in instead. Taste was awesome but was a little thin on body, despite the addition of the enhancer

The Cerveza differs from the other Pale Ale / Lager Coopers kits mainly in terms of the colour of the paper label attached to the outside of the can. With a Cascade dry hop you will get a very Summery sort of a brew, Very seasonable :thumb:

How would a Challenger or saaz hop work this this style.

Might be worth keeping the saaz for the lager and pilsners I have planned next

For the Wilko Cerveza, I did a hop tea of Citra (15g), plus a dry hop with cascade (10g). Very tasty for a summers day. Hoppyness did go within a month or so though.
