I'm looking to make a brew dog 5am saint clone as I just love that beer!
Got the recipe from diy dog and it's pretty much the same recipe that's also been posted a few years ago before they released the recipes so I assume this should get me close.... I'm wondering about the dry hop though, i love the pine and spice that I assume comes from the simcoe but that's only added as a dry hop, will it still contribute this when used as dry hop?

Simcoe is a bit piney but also fruity and citrusy, it's a fantastic hop. You'll generally hear that dry hops impart aroma only and no flavour but I'm not entirely convinced of that. I definitly notice a flavour difference in my beers after a big dry hop.
