Brewing this today - After me recent disaster with my beer somehow loosing all hoppiness and turning brownish I am trying again...

Its a pale ale with Columbus for bittering and a wee touch at 5 mins for flavour. and citra and mosaic i equal proportions.
I am going to dry hop with the same - citra and mosaic but I have loads of Nelson Sauvin and was wondering whether a good lot of that would add that wow factor when you pour it - you know that bit charge of hoppiness

Ok, lets add 40g of Nelson to the dry hop - so 40 each of Citra, Mosaic and Nelson

This better turn out better than the last batch - got 18L at 1057, colour was bang on, in the fridge at 20degrees with US05. Dry Hop next weekend
