Ok Saturday I got a call from my mother, stating that a young man had been round from DPD, she said he was lovely & very polite & wanted to know what had occurred with the delivery from her/our point of view, I heard from the "We'll Make It Right Team" that there would be an enquiry at the depot where the delivery had originated but I would not get to hear what had happened.
Any way to cut a long story short they young man from DPD had dropped of a parcel, see picture below.
It is a personalised cookie/biscuit.
I suppose its something that it lets us know that just one poor/lacking commitment/lazy driver can spoil an otherwise good company but they are prepared to look to fix & try to put things right.
