DPD Scam?

I've lost count of the number of times my Paypal account has been suspended..........at least according to the e-mails i keep receiving. Strangely enough when I reply "SCAM!" it comes back marked "undeliverable"

I am getting this message at least once a week, i haven't used PayPal for at least two years but of course these scumbags don't know that.
