Dear Friends:

During 15 days I kept my LAGER BEER at 15 Celsius ( first fermentation ) then I Transfer to Carboy and decrease Temperature to 10 Celsius for another period of 15 days.
Yesterday I prime and bottle my Lager using 145 grams of sugar ( from sugar cane ) + 155 ml of water + 100 ml of yeast slurry.
My question:
Does the Temperature during the Bottling period of time will have to kept low at 10 Celsius or it should be increased??
I use Saflager S-23 from Fermentis Lab.
Best Regards
Franklin Benamburg

I've used Saflager S-23 and I just put the bottles in the same warm place I also put my ales to carbonate. I am sure you could do it at 10C but it would take longer.
